Short Film - Bridging The Gap
For this project, I took on the roles of Producer and Art Director! Through my roles, I ensured both the logistical and creative aspects of the production ran smoothly.
As Producer, I handled key documents like release forms, managed call sheets and created scene breakdowns.
As Art Director, I conducted location checks, addressed lighting and space issues and styled each scene to match the intended mood.
This project honed my skills in pre-production planning, creative direction and on-set coordination which is essential for producing high-quality and visually appealing content!

unravelling fast fashion (sustainability)
As part of my final year project, I produced a feature video on Fashion Parade, a youth-led movement in Singapore advocating for sustainable fashion. I took on the role of producer, where I created call sheets to keep the shoot running smoothly, wrote the script, and edited the video to deliver a polished final product.
We filmed a sit-down interview with founder Lumin Hew, interwoven with b-rolls captured at different locations, such as a workshop with seniors at an Active Ageing Centre, and their booth at Sundown Festival 2025 at Haw Par Villa.
Our video spotlighted Fashion Parade’s mission to inspire Gen Zs to embrace sustainable fashion in creative ways.

FEATURE VIDEO - KŪPAA
As part of our final year project, my team and I produced a feature video on kūpaa, a sustainable bowl company in Singapore.
Inspired by Vogue’s 73 Questions with Kendall Jenner, we gave it a fun, playful twist, 28 Questions with Julia Chia, in honour of Julia, the brand’s founder, who turns 28 this year.
We filmed it in a walk-around interview style, asking her quick-fire questions about her brand, creative process, and personal take on sustainability, all while showcasing Kupaa Bowls’ eco-friendly ethos in a fun, engaging way.
Trailer - Bridging The Gap
To promote our short film, I created a dramatic 30-second trailer that captured the emotional core of the story while building suspense.
I focused on creating a strong narrative arc within a short timeframe, beginning with slow, tense pacing and gradually escalating through dramatic music, precise cuts and impactful on-screen text.
My goal was to hook the viewer within the first few seconds, build curiosity without revealing too much, and leave a lasting impression that would drive interest in the full film.
This project sharpened my storytelling instincts, especially under time constraints where every second mattered.
Feature Video – Mobile Legends Gamer
This was the first video I ever produced in Year 1, where my group featured a professional Mobile Legends gamer. The video explored his passion for gaming, his tactics and what it takes to compete at a high level.
I worked on capturing both interview and B-roll footages. When editing, I shaped the narrative to highlight his passion, using good pacing and graphics to keep the video engaging throughout.
This project was a turning point that deepened my interest in video production and storytelling.

documentary - hidden narratives of jalan kukoh
For this documentary-style video exploring the hidden aspects of Jalan Kukoh, a neighbourhood tucked away in Chinatown, I used Adobe Premiere Pro to edit the footage. I aimed to deliver a smooth yet emotionally-engaging final cut that reflected the quiet depth and character of the community.
Beyond editing, I also contributed original B-roll footage that I personally filmed, which was used to enrich the storytelling and showcase the everyday moments, architecture, and atmosphere of the area. I focused on maintaining visual consistency, syncing audio precisely, and using transitions and pacing to enhance clarity and emotional impact.
