UNIQLO — Retail Associate
Nov 2022 – Apr 2023 (Part-time)
At UNIQLO, I was part of a fast-paced retail team where I interacted daily with customers, helped them find the right sizes and styles, and answered questions about ongoing promotions.
I managed cash register duties and supported operations like restocking and inventory checks.
I also worked closely with my team to hit sales targets and was proud to be awarded Best Staff Award for my performance.

volunteering
Causes for Animals (CAS) Adoption Centre
May 2019
During my time volunteering at the centre, I cared for the dogs, helped keep their environment clean, and supported daily routines.
I also took the initiative to create and post Instagram content that introduced the dogs’ personalities to potential adopters, helping raise awareness and engagement.
This experience deepened my love for storytelling through visuals and showed me how impactful social media can be in creating real change.

Ling Kwang Home for Senior Citizens
Jan 2020
As part of my CCA (Chinese Orchestra), we performed at Ling Kwang Home to bring comfort and joy to the elderly residents.
I engaged with residents before and after the performance, which helped create a warm, inviting atmosphere through music.
We thoughtfully selected pieces that resonated with the audience, adapting our repertoire to match their preferences.
This experience taught me how powerful music is, bringing people together, regardless of age.

TOUCH Childcare & Family Centre
Feb 2021
At TOUCH Childcare & Family Centre, I helped organise meaningful activities for young children, encouraging creativity and active participation through group play and interactive games.
I also assisted in distributing care hampers filled with essential items to support families in need.
This experience deepened my appreciation for community service and taught me the importance of patience, empathy, and creating safe, joyful spaces for children to thrive.
